Procedure in Obtaining the Citizen ID Card

To enroll an applicant into the Registry’s biometric system, the following are the approved steps that an applicant must complete. They are:

1. Fill in an application form called NIR Citizen Application Form

2. Sit interview with Immigration Officer (s)

3. Sit interview with NIR Staff (s)

4. Make payment for your card and collect receipt

5. Proceed to the NIR Enrollment Operator to get enrolled
